The General Coordination of Integrity, Responsibility, Ethics and Anti-Corruption of the Environmental Evaluation and Enforcement Agency (OEFA), created by the Chair of the Board Resolution No. 061-2014-OEFA/PCD of May 6th 2014, ensures a transparent and principled performance by the institution’s officials and staff.
It receives, investigates and forwards the complaints filed by citizens regarding alleged misconduct on the part of the aforementioned officials and staff acting within the scope of their employment.
In addition, it promotes a culture of ethics and transparency through information campaigns and the introduction of incentives.
